Projects in Spain

Genesis has been active in Spain since 2015, with a track record of 18 projects under management. We focus on Madrid's sought-after neighbourhoods - Centro, Tetuán, Cuatro Caminos and Madrid Río - and in Catalonia as well.

Our portfolio is a varied one: change-of-use projects converting offices or industrial buildings into housing, such as Alcalá 18 in the heart of Centro and La Coruña 21 near the Bernabéu; ground-up residential development, such as Antonio Vicent beside Madrid Río park; and value-add work on existing buildings alongside income-producing tourism and commercial assets, such as Cruzada near the Royal Palace.
