Projects in Israel

Alongside the Spanish activity, Genesis leads three projects in Israel - each different in character and in a different part of the country.

Tel Aviv: on the corner of Harechev and Hamasger streets, a 2,700 sqm commercial and office building, currently in planning with the Tel Aviv municipality and held jointly with Acro Nechasim Ltd.

Beer Sheva: in the Gimel neighbourhood near the university, a residential development - clearing the existing commercial plot and building 7 residential floors above a commercial floor. The project has passed the local committee and awaits the district committee permit.

Golan Heights: the Karmim project combines tourism, wine-growing and an agrivoltaic scheme across some 30 acres of farmland and 10 acres of commercial and hotel use, with building rights for a boutique hotel and a commercial complex.
