Genesis Investments ("the Company") respects the privacy of this site's users. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what your rights are. Using the site constitutes acceptance of this policy.

The site does not collect personal information automatically. Information is given by you, voluntarily, only when you fill in the "contact us" form - name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.

The information is used only to get back to you, to answer your enquiry and to provide information about the Company's services. We do not sell, rent or pass the information on to third parties for marketing purposes.

The contact form is submitted through the Web3Forms service, which delivers the enquiry to the Company's mailboxes. Enquiry details are held in our corporate mailboxes. The site also uses Google's Google Analytics service to measure site usage, as described in the Cookies section below.

The site uses Google Analytics, a statistical measurement tool by Google, to understand general usage patterns — such as which pages are viewed, which countries visitors come from and which sources bring them here. The tool loads only after you have given your consent in the cookie notice; no measurement cookie is set before that, and none is loaded at all if you choose to continue without measurement. The data collected is statistical only; we do not link it to your identity and do not use it for targeted advertising. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on. Beyond that, the site uses no advertising cookies, and fonts are hosted on the site itself and make no requests to external services.

We take reasonable and accepted measures to protect the information given to us, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to review the information collected about you and to request its correction or deletion. To do so, please get in touch at info@genesis-fund.co.il.
