Genesis Investments was founded in 2013 on a simple belief: that smart real estate investment combines deep local market knowledge, financial discipline, and personal guidance the whole way through.
With offices in Madrid and Israel, we work across two complementary markets - Madrid's thriving real estate market, and the Israeli investment market. Our team sources assets in the prime locations, improves them and manages them, so our partners enjoy both returns and peace of mind.
Over more than a decade we have built a portfolio of over 18 projects and ₪185M in transaction volume - all of it built on long-term relationships with our partners.
